The Imperator (military leader) of Earth was born by the Valea Boului River in Romania. Her name is Rayanne Jo Chi. She leans politically towards what is called a malevolent benevolent oligarchy. She splits her time between the wild moors of Scotland, herding sheep and deep contemplation. To escape the humanity she abhors, she has become a hermit. She despises the people's malice and hatred. She seeks to gain a higher spiritual concscience through her isolation. Not many people know about her, for her existence is kept secret from the public. Though she is only 24 years old, she has been trained in the art of war and rule since age 7. She decided to leave humanity to itself until a time comes when the Earth falls into dire need. Then she will come to its aid as imperator. Until then, she hides in the river mist of the Scottish waste. She is currently engaged to be married to Prince Sebastien of Luxemburg. He does not know this yet. Within 23 days, 15 hours, and 64 minutes, he will know of their undying love through the fast moving line of social media. They have been matched by the great and almighty matchmaker Ceeltgzap (pronounced: Mee-gan). Ceeltgzap prophesied that Rayanne Jo Chi will soon die in an epic battle, however that is yet to be determined. The prophecy also states that she can be saved by a curly haired cat. This epic battle will lead her back to her homeland at the Valea Boului River. Those who know the truth say the river will cry tears of blood. Then, if all else fails earth will fall by fire and ice.
